Our Firm

Welcome to Wallace & Morrison. Our firm specializes in complex wealth transfer planning, fiduciary litigation, business succession planning, charitable planning, estate administration and probate, nuptial agreements, domestic asset protection, estate planning for non U.S. citizens, and the formation, administration, and compliance of tax-exempt entities.

The laws with which we deal are especially complicated. Our team recognizes that one size doesn’t fit all, and we help clients understand and navigate through the complexities of any issue. The preservation of wealth and the protection of personal and business assets is the core of our practice. These goals are complemented by a long-term understanding of our clients’ goals and the ability to find creative solutions for business and personal planning and complex estate and trust litigation. We also help our clients achieve their philanthropic planning goals in ways that are financially advantageous, including the establishment of charitable trusts and private foundations. As an outgrowth of this practice, we also represent a wide range of nonprofit taxexempt organizations, including large public charities and public foundations, corporate foundations, universities, social welfare organizations, professional associations, and social clubs.

Wallace & Morrison is a small law firm with big-firm experience. We formed in 2011 as the successor to the Trusts & Estates practices of the King & Spalding and Jones Day law firm in Atlanta, both of which ceased practicing in this area of the law in 2010. We strive to bring the breadth and depth of our experience to bear to implement every aspect of a client’s transaction in a manner both understood by the client and with which the client is comfortable.
